Best IPS monitor for xbox one and pc gaming

I am thinking of getting a new IPS monitor for gaming. I am looking for a 1080p, IPS monitor with clear and crisp picture quality and great colors, between 23-25 inches, and is great for xbox one gaming and pc gaming. What are good IPS monitors that have all of the info I just said and is around $150-$200?
