Best ISO Making Software (free/bought) that can do iso spanning?

I'm looking for ISO making software that will take for example 1TB of data and split it up into blue ray 25GB ISO images.

It does NOT use disc spanning like compressed images that are proprietary. I just want the data turned into iso files to burn to blueray whereby I can take any disc of the burn set and put it in the drive and read that disc as if it was a normal data disc.

I just want the iso program to take all the data I give it and it makes iso files splitting the data up accordingly over how ever many blue ray discs it takes to burn it all.

CDburnerxp cannot handle the amount of raw files I'm compiling

While not a direct ISO file, Macrium Reflect will split an Image into whatever file size you desire.

I was hoping to avoid making a HUGE iso file then splitting it.

I had hoped to find for exampe:
1TB of total data. 1TB data split into 25GB BDR chunks, each chunk is created into an ISO. Then I take Nero or whatever and burn each ISO.
But the ISO is just data it isn't a proprietary disc span

Why not just select 25GB of data, make an ISO of it.
Repeat until done.

Any application to do this would try to span into 25GB chunks. Resulting in files and/or folders being spit across different ISO's.

Or a single $40 $1TB HDD. Rather than a stack of bluray disks.

As much as hard drives would make sense, the work environment that I am constantly in is filled with high magnetic levels. Its actually to the point that computers in like a 3 floor radius constantly need hard drive replacing. Usually about every 6 months.

For longer term storage, just burning to blue ray discs is so much easier. Most of the data may or may not ever get re-used, we don't know. To store it on an external SAN would just cost way to much for possibly never being used again.

Then I think you're left with manually splitting it into the relevant file sizes.
Any software would try to span across the disks to get the correct ISO file size.
Meaning you need ALL of them to recover something.

Or offsite storage of the HDD. Outside this alien magnetic field.
