Best Laptop Cooling Pad

I have a feeling that my laptop is over heating and I'd like to buy a laptop cooling pad but i dont know which one is the best and which one is worth the money.

My CPU temperature is almost always about 70C
My GPU temperature is almost always 80C when I am gaming.
