I'm planning to buy a laptop for my brother,

Could Someone recommend me a laptop Brand Model with a budget of 600$ to 750$ price range.

It will be used mainly for:

1. Programming (Create Applications with .Net/Java,Could Run Virtual Machine)

2. Could edit photo and videos for projects

3. Medium to HighEnd Gaming like (Dota 2 and CSGO)

4. Long Lasting Battery.
