Best laptop for traveler under $500 US

Hi all,

I like to travel to many places and I'd like to know what is the best laptop i can use which is under $500.

I mostly use the laptop to browse email, or blog.

Pretty much all laptops under 500 are going to have very comparable components. i3 processor 15" touch screen, 500, 750 or 1tb HD and 4gb of ram and no discrete graphics.
