Best Laptop to 500 dollars

Is there any laptop which would have ssd and hdd and dvd drive in that price range, mother is looking for new laptop, and she says that she need internal dvd drive, but her chosen laptop has 2tb hdd and as we know ssd is faster way faster...

there is no way you would be a be to find a laptop for that price with drives. the moment you start looking for a laptop with an SSD you would be looking at a laptop in the 800-1000 dollar range
