Best laptop under $500

Hi guys,
I am looking for size between 13-14 inch and minimum ram 4gb.
Right now I have asus x200ma (http://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/X200MA/) which is very slow for me, the hdd is always working.

13-14" options in this price range are few and far between. I made a list of non-garbage mainstream laptops.

if you notice, the really good smaller form factor laptops really don't make an appearance until the higher budgets. The Lenovo G40 or HP Probook 430 would be a good option for you, though.

Thanks for your answer, as a performance perspective, is there a big difference between Intel Celeron N2830 and
Intel i3-4030U ?

Yes substantially. The former is weak Baytrail processor and the latter is an Intel core processor with much more power and significantly better graphics.
