Hi Friend I am totally new to this, want a laptop which can handle games, do some photo editing
Brand : Dell
Budget : $600
Hard Disk : 500 GB and above
RAM : 4 GB and above

any idea what games you want to play? 600 is REALLY low for a laptop that will play any newer game outside of something like minecraft/dota/league of legends

As I want to gift it to my cousin have no idea what games he plays...

not sure how to help you then honestly. if he plays modern games, a 600$ laptop wont run them at all.
