Best LGA 1150 CPU For under $130

Which would be better with the r9 280x? The Pentium G3258 or the 13-4150? Is there another better processor for this price range? I know i5 is better, but I am on a tight budget. Thanks!

Edit:I feel it worth mentioning that this is not to be future proof. I will upgrade to a better CPU later, but for now I cannot afford it. So I am basically asking which one has better performance/dollar in modern games?

If it's a Z97/87 board then get the G3258 and a Hyper 212 Evo cooler and OC, if not then just get the i3.

I have an H81 board that people have said to be able to overclock the Pentium on. The average is about 4.2 Ghz on stock cooler.
