Best LGA 1151 Motheboard Between 100$ and 180$

Making a new build for a friend and I need a good motherboard to fit Intel-i5 6600K LGA 1151 socket. If someone could give their opinion on the best 1151 Motherboard between 100$ and 190$ That would be amazing.

There's a lot of really nice ones. But I would probably stick closer to $140 for value purposes:

Those are the two I gravitate towards the most. Both are good overclockers.
