Best LGA1150 CPU

So I'm getting an LGA1150 motherboard soon. What CPU would be the best one for it. I don't want to spend too much. Which one would give me top notch performance without paying too much. I've thought about 4670K but it does cost a lot. Should I really pay that much money for that or would a lower cost CPU also have great performance?

get a i3 from haswell 4130 you wont regret it and later when you have the money you can sell it and get a i5

if you want to use it for gaming the i3 from haswell 4130 would be fine (as Tzn mentioned)
but if you want to use it mainly for rendering or photoshop or something like that i would go for an more expensive one (4670K)

yes it will be enough the i3 is still a pretty powerfull CPU

yes, maybe not all of the games on ultra but definitely on high.

personally, i would go with the i5 4430. it is worth the 50$ price premium when put against the i3 4130. however it isn't worth the 50$ price premium against the 4670k, unless you plan to overclock (which is the only reason why people get the "k" version). but keep in mind you will need an aftermarket heatsink fan or water cooling setup.

you can play BF4 on utra so GTA iv would not be a problem

No, games are taking advantage of quad cores these days. You want to go with an i5 such as the 4670. It should be able to keep up for many years.
Also a i5-4430 will be decent.

If money is a concern, you can look at the FX 8320.

Yes an i5 4440 would be a good CPU for gaming. remember its rarely the CPU that is the bottleneck, pour most funds into a Decent GPU. If you plan to overclock then an Ivy bridge CPU or i5 4670k are the remaining options.

I am pretty sure it is the Intel Core i7 4770K
