Hello, I am trying to find the best super lightweight linux that comes with wine preinstalled amd 64 bit and preferably it is .deb compatible maybe even if theres one with java and wine preinstalled or if it doesn't have wine preinstalled just java preinstalled is fine it just needs to be .deb compatible

Java, Wine don't mix well with "Lightweight"... The only (almost) difference between different Linux distro is the base (RPM or DEB), and desktop manager on top of X-Windows.

In fact, you can build yourself a "light" distro: Start with eg Ubuntu Server, add Wine, Java, add light-weight desktop like LFCE - done.
