Best liquid cooler?

Hello Im looking for a good liquid cooler for my build. Size does not matter and I would like to keep it around $100 but if it was cheaper than that, that would be great. Thanks 😀

For this (or any) budget, I always 'recommend' air cooling. It is the most affordable, quiet (with good fans), and reliable.

If going water, then serviceable is the main focus for me.....whether it's a kit or custom:

Arctic liquid freezer is cheapest crapcooler (same as corsair and NZXT).
you can get Swiftech H220 for around 100.
