Best liquid cooling?

Looking for 2 different answers what would be the cheapest build for FULL liquid cooling across my cpu and gpu, and full out best performance regardless of price? I am using a 1060 3gb atm planon swapping to a 1080ti and also have an i5 8600k coffee lake planning on running it through the thermaltake the Tower 900. Was told i could do it with ek for a round $250 but when i did it on the website it said $869 full pc specs silencer 800 way psu 2x 8gb ripjawz ddr4 msi z370 gaming plus cfx stock Intel cooler and no cooling on gpu yet like i said looking to buy the tower 900 1080ti founders either original or poseidon edition and might even upgrade processor any suggestions

Okay...you have a coupel of choices. From EK you can buy this top of the line kit, that includes the mighty D5 pump (the best) and a 360mm radiator, top CPU block and all the connectors you need.

Thing is you could get all the parts you need seperatly and it would cost less. The Overclockers site which is UK based will at least give you some ideas as to the types of customer watercooling parts you can get. You should be able to get a Pump/Resoiver Combo, something like this:

MKy recomendation would be a good pump with the D5 or similar pushing max at least 900ltr per hour on the top of the list. From there, just choose the type of Radiator setup you want. For a GPU and CPU a 360mm should be more than good enough.
