The one that came with Antec Illusion case started failing about 2.5 years after bought, and is now completely dead. Need to replace it.

I am putting all new hardware inside the same case and want to install one higher end 140mm as top exhaust and two cheaper 120mm in other slots. I was just wondering if anyone could suggest the best durable long lasting fan under $22 (maximum price). Noise is not an issue. The main thing is I want it to last at least 5 or 6 years without having to worry about it. I was just fan shopping and god there were so many that I felt the need to come here and save time trying to read up on them all one by one.

The NF-A14 PWM from Noctua is a very solid option.

If you want anything more reliable than that, you should expect to pay more and get more noise. You'd want double ball bearings at that point.
Thanks for replies. I am going to go with the one Noctua NF-A14 PWM for top exhaust and one ARCTIC F12PWM for front intake. That should be plenty for a mid-tower with one HD and one RX 470. I like that both the Noctua and the ARCTIC have a 6 year warranty on their fans. No other manufacturer that I have been able to find has warranties beyond 2 years and most only have 1 year.
