there are numerous car games that you may like...a really realistic game is BEAMNG but it is a alpha and its still under constraction.it has soft body physics and really realistic car distruction,its not a race game...anoother good game but not as realistic(it looks cool)its grid 2+need for speed rivals :/+dirt 3...there are more.check youtube

F1 Racing has Spectacular realistic graphics and it is very much fun to drive... I am not sure if this is what you meant as "CAR" but its a great option:

iRACING is the most OCD game ever. The tracks are laser scanned real tracks, the physics are as realistic as they could get them, and the graphics are not too bad either:
