Best low input lag Monitors (non CRT & US products)

Short list recommendation based on my current 3 monitors:

Asus VK246H, my review (~$230). It has been tested to have about 1.6ms of input lag (1/8th of a frame):

Planar PX2611w (~$800) not really geared towards gamers, but with less than 8ms of input lag (less than1/2 of a frame) it is the fastest H-IPS panel monitor on the market.

The Dell Ultrasharp U2410 looks pretty good too - in gaming mode, it is quite low lag.
