Best Low Maintenance Liquid Cooler for an i7-5930k

I'm looking to find a nice liquid cooling system that doesn't require constant attention. It can be any price. The case is a Corsair 900d, so I'm fairly sure it can fit any cooling system. Also, should I be purchasing a RAM cooling system as well? Or one for my SSDs?
