Will that PE4H work for me ?

or

Which one would best fit ? I care for price, lower price is preferred, if you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate that.
My laptop:
* Brand and detail model name: Dell Latitude E4310
* CPU: Intel M520 i5
* Operating System: Windows 8.1 pro
* Memory: 8 GBs DDR3 1067 MHz
* Internal graphics card: Intel HD Graphics
* Expresscard: 34mm ExpressCard
* Graphics card I would like to use: GTX 560 http://eu.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=01G-P3-1563-KR&family=GeForce%20500%20Series%20Family&uc=EUR
What confuses me is it is that "PE4H design for engineering test. NOT for home or office use."
I would like to use it in home for gaming and 3D, would that be a problem ?
NOTICE: I know about ViDock but it is ridiculously high priced.
