[SOLVED] Best Low-Profile Cooler for i7 10700K - No Overclock

Good afternoon I was looking for a low prile cooler for this CPU. Since it reach 5.1GHz with the turbo boost I was wondering if I need an high end cooler or just something around 40/50 dollars was enough. Low profile tho. No overclock because 5.1 is already a big deal for me haha. Thanks.

Hi, I have the Kolink Satellite Micro-ATX

Says on their website that the Satellite can take coolers up to 165mm tall. Why limit yourself to a downdraft low profile cooler when you could get a nice beefy 120mm tower style cooler?

wouldn't it take more space inside? I thought about a low profile cooler for a better space management. The Scythe looks very good tho. Is it silent?

Much more silent than some 60mm tall downdraft style cooler at the same CPU temps, that's for sure. The Mugen 5 is a very good unit.

What do you plan on using the "extra space" for? Why not use it for better cooling performance?
