Best Low-Profile Cooler for my needs

Im looking for a low profile air cooler that could keep an i7 6700k cool with a low OC. Which would you recommend and why.

well personally Im trying to avoid water cooling just because of possible leaks and breakage, I know its very, very rare but I cant take a chance at loosing $2000 of computer parts due to a leak, especially sense this computer will be my main setup for around 8 years or so.
