I'm considering an upgrade to a Ryzen 7 series CPU, preferably the 3700x/3800x (Matisse). But my Carbide Air 240 MicroATX case only allows a cooler height clearance of 120mm. (My current Cryorig m9i cooler won't be an option for the new Ryzen CPU.) I don't want to buy a bigger case, as I'm happy with my MicroATX configuration.
CPU options:

Motherboard option:
Asrock B450M Steel Legend
And I'm looking at these cooling options:
Noctua NH-L9a
Scythe Big Shuriken 3
Both CPU cooler links indicate they are compatible and sufficient for the Ryzen 3700x/3800x CPU's. The bundled Wraith Prism fan is commonly reported as sufficient but loud. Can anyone advise for/against the above options, based on your experiences? Or would I have to settle for a Ryzen 5 3600x? (Suggestions for other low-profile coolers also very welcome.)
Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you.
