Best Low Profile PCI-E / S Video- TV out GPU ?

I wish to know which is the best LOW PROFILE GPU which has S Video / TV out connector + has to be PCI-Express ...

Hy there ... anyways it will only be used to watch movies and surfing the web ... so i got those 2 in mind and for a decent price ... which 1 would you buy ??

The thing is i'm building a low end rig for my uncle ... hes going to watch movies on it and surf the web ... he has some old TV with S Video connection ... Prob is hes got a HP Compaq Business Desktop chasis, so only LOW PROFILE GPU goes in ... and i need 1 with S VIDEO !! I can get those 2 i mentioned for small cash ... i just wish to know which 1 would u pick ?

That one is better. No guarantees it will work, you would be much better of with a TV Tuner.

Well hes not going to watch TV on computer ... but movies that hes going to download on TV =) Anywasy TNX ... i'll make an order =)
