Best Low Profile PCI Graphics Card?

Hello everyone!

I recently was given a PC from a friend that he purchased in like 2007, for intention to use on his TV as a media PC. However, he never opened it up as he realized that his current PC actually had a connector on the back for it. (facepalm)
Anyways, all these years later, he gave it to me. Long story short, its a low profile slimline HP. I am upgrading it, so far with a 240GB ssd, 2GB of RAM. However, there is a single PCI port inside the computer, with a SINGLE mounting bracket slot. Is there any good graphics card that I could install in this machine? The most intensive thing that it would be doing is playing Minecraft. Also, I would prefer active cooled cards, as there is only one fan in the entire system, so I can imagine it would be quite toasty in there.

That PC is to old to run even minecraft. No upgrades will help it.

I am not looking to make a "gaming pc" out of this, just a computer that can run something like YouTube, MAYBE Netflix, and steam video from my local FreeNAS server.
