Best Low Profile Video/Graphics Card?

I have an intel i3 and need a good graphics card to play games. I need it to be low profile and affordable.
Can you please let me know if you have any suggestions?

Does the new gtx750 come in LP? If it does then it's the best. If not, look for a 7750 or 7770.
