Hello
i have a hyper 212 wich i am not using now
I am upgrading my system to look cooler, And for performance ofcourse, gtx 1070 is what i am getting, i am also getting the frata design define r5 black Windows, And i figured, since i am getting lights and everything, the 212 evo might not look good in that case,
I am therefore looking for a little more low profile(er) cpu, that is quiet to some degree, And cools decent, not as good as 212 evo, that would be to expensive, budget, 10-15 dollars more than 212 evo, it dosent Even have to be low profile, as Long as it look good, atleast better than the 212

Solution
Now if You are really going for a very good low profile cooler, which is not only cool the professor efficiently, but also cooling the surrounding components, at almost no noise at all: Noctua C14 with its two 140 mm fans http://noctua.at/en/nh-c14.html

Newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608020

Best regards from Sweden
Ps. check my profile and what I have and never had my CPU over step 65C not matter what.
And it also comes down to what type of chassis you have. I myself has an Antec P193V3
