Best MB/CPU Combination For Aproximately $400

I wanted to get some opinions and suggestions on the best Motherboard /CPU to get if ~ $400 was the spending limit on the CPU and Motherboard combined. Web/Games/Win2k or 98SE
AMD or Intel doesnt matter.

I'd have to agree with the last few. The 900 and Abit board (Asus if you prefer). You can get that thing close to 1.1 gig possibly.

agreed, that's what I'm getting right now... (it was tossup between Asus & Abit, I went with Abit just for the RAID)
