best mb,cpu,cpu liquid cooling, ddr4 and case?

Had to edit title. I forgot to mention that I'd need a case too please. What will go good with that setup below and anyone else that has other recommendations please list them.

My mb on my current pc fried so I'm currently looking to replace since my processor and ddr 3 ram is old and case is worn out.

Please help me. I have a 1500 budget.

Looking for a good mb that runs best on single gpu and can use ddr4 ram. For CPU I want the best out there since my games run on the cpu the most. And an easy to use case with good cooling. And as for the cpu fan. I don't like how big the non liquid cooling fans are so if there Is a good liquid cooling cpu fan please recommend me it.

If it does go over my budget but it's the best out there. Please show me so I can view my options.

I currently have a gtx 980 in case that matters. My hard drives are good. Have an ssd as well.
