Here is my 2 cents
If you haven't already purchased your 8350 dont, buy an 8320 and with the money you save get a cooler master 212 evo. I am a huge amd fan ( it's sad I know ) but one thing that has been true about AMD since the beginning of time or since 1997 when i started buying there chips is there stock coolers suck big time. I have the saber tooth 990FX (the first version of it ) with an 8320 and 32 gigs of ram that I have over clocked to 4.4ghz ,both have been running stable since day 1 and I really have no complaints. I also have a asus M5A 97 Le R.2 in my other rendering machine with an x6 and have had no problems with that board either. I have never had a bad Asus board period. I have had bad experiences with gigabyte and there warranty department and have decided never to purchased their hardware again just on principle. I Have never tried Asrock but have heard good thing and I have heard good things about msi in the last couple of years. Either way all this is kind of general advice , so my question to the op is how much do you want to spend on a board and what are the features that you are looking for? I initially got my saber tooth because I was starting my 3d animation program and wanted to run xfire 6870 for rendering and needed a board that had two 16x pci E lanes. So again , what is your budget for a mobo , what features are you looking for and what is the main purpose for the pc ? Even though I ended this with a bunch of questions hope this helps.
