will make new build. i tought i will get b450 but then it saya it suppprts only 2nd gen processors? My budget araund 100-150 pounds araund 180 usd

Depends on the board. MSI do a Max range that come with 3000 series BIOS installed. The MSI B450 Tomahawk Max is an excellent motherboard for the money and is 3000 series ready. Some other boards come with BIOS flashback which allows you to update the BIOS without needing a 2000 series cpu.
