hey I'm building a new system, with ryzen 3600 and B450 Gaming (gigabyte) MB
Now, this MB comes with only 2 sticks, so for now I want just 1 stick of 16GB 3200MHZ (which is xmp enabled)
I choose for now only 1 stick because mabye I'll upgrade next year or something ..

I have those options:
  1. G.skill F4-3200C16S-16GIS 3200MHZ
  2. Kingston KVR32N22D8/16 3200MHZ
  3. Kingston HyperX 3000MHZ HX430C15FB3/16
  4. Corsair 3000MHZ CMK16GX4M1D3000C16 (or 3200 with 2x8gb.. but then I will stuck with 16gb only)

Solution
so there are no games right now that needs more than 16gb?

No, main culprits for high ram usage in my experience are

The Division 2
Firza Horizon 5
Gta 5
Red dead Redemption 2

Evem they're only hovering around 8-9gb max including background usage.

16gb ram is plenty, 32gb at the moment is of no benefit outsiden heavy duty rendering and raw photo editting.

There's as much as 30% performance loss with ryzen using a single channel memory setup.

There's no guarantee that second stick will work properly with first one but if you must take #2.

As above mixing RAM not bought as a matched kit has no guarantee of working together without issues, even buying the same make and model separately doesn’t guarantee compatibility. Also single channel RAM will really hurt performance until you upgrade to dual.

Yea but how much it will effect?
I don't want to get stuck with limit of 16gb, and I don't want to rush and buy 32GB right now. waste of money for me

For gaming it's unlikely you'll need more than 16gb ram in the next 4 or 5 years imo, by which time your pc will be fairly old hat anyway.

32gb is really only necessary if you're using your pc for productivity purposes.

Go with 2 x 8gb and forget about needing more, you'll cripple performance otherwise.
