best microphone under $40 (no power supply needed)

Hey guys, Just looking to buy a decent microphone for under $40 AUD which doesn't require anything else like a phantom power supply. The mic is for podcasting/gaming so I'd like it to be reasonable quality. I was going to buy something like the newer nw-700 however it needed power and power supplies are a bit over my budget.

What do you mean by "no power supply"? Most mics DO need a power source, it just happens to come from a PC's 3.5mm mic jack.
