Best mid range GPU for a kaveri apu?

Hi, this is the first time I build a PC and went for Kaveri. Sadly i recently saw that it was not an optimal choice. Anyway Id like to add a GPU for less than $150 any recomendations? Crossfire with the kaveri is welcomed but not necessary this is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3xSWm
