I thought I'd make a budget(ish) mini ITX build for my dad. He does some photo editing, media streaming email, and lots of spread sheets and word, (etc.) I have a current build around the $800 range. I also thought it would be fun to try a mini ITX build for the first time.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock H97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (no hdd)
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card
PSU: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case: Silverstone Sugo SG13B Mini ITX Tower Case
(extra fan): Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition 67.8 CFM 140mm Fan
