best mobo for core 2 duo E8400

what would be a good mobo for this intel core 2 duo E8400 cpu? I intend to overclock, I want a as fast as possible system for photo editing and gaming.

I have some choices:

MSI P35 NEO2-FR and

Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R

I`m opened for any solutions, but I only ask for max price around 150$ and please post the reason for your solution.

The second one is GIGABYTE P35C DS3R
The GIGABYTE verison supports 8GB DDR2 and 4GB DDR3 so the DDR3 option wont become handy also it doesnt OC as well as a motherboard that supports only one (DDR2 or DDR3) due to its memory controller so i say go for the first one

however there are some other suggetsions too :
ASUS P5K-E WIFI
GIGABYTE P35 DS3R
GIGABYTE P35 DS3L
ABIT IP35 PRO

Maziar, The EP35 hes refering to the is "green" version of the board you posted. I thought I got my friend the P35-DS4 but they sent me the EP35-DS4. As far as the OPs question the I think any of the suggested P35 board will do you just fine. Just get the cheapest one with all the options you're looking for.
