Hi guys, I am planning to do a new build with i5 3570k, I don't wan a OC motherboard since I don't oc oftenly, I probably need a gaming mobo that hav lots of function like fan control, graphic card boost (got such thing?) and etc. No budget limit

Solution
I would not invest in a 3570k at this time.....socket 1155 is dead.

I don’t think there’s any compelling reason to move from an Ivy Bridge or even a Sandy Bridge based system to a Haswell system– there simply isn’t enough performance and feature differential to justify it. On the other hand, if you’re building a new rig from scratch, there’s little point in investing in end-of-life platforms, so going Haswell/Z87 makes sense.

IB overclocks 6% better on average than Haswell.....but Haswell has a 10-15% lead at stock to IB never really quite catches up.

Don't get the K version of your CPU if you're not going to overclock. Also, if you're not overclocking, no reason not to get Haswell. Here's the motherboard that I recommend you with the CPU that you chose : http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/superbiiz/asus-motherboard-p8h77vle
And here's the one that I recommend you with Haswell : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131993&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=.

I do overclocking but not so extreme, so there is not point getting Haswell if I am going to overclock right?

Well the expensive boards generally have all the gaming goodies as well as the OC goodies.

$300 category - Asus Maxixumus VI Extreme .... tons of features, outstanding sound, gamer specific features like RAM disk and Sonic radar, 10 Fan headers.... I don't see anything else above $200 that perks my interest for gaming.
$300 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132038

$200 category - MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming - Few weeks ago this was much cheaper but price has risen cause it's so dang popular on gaming and OC review sites. Use the "compare function" on newegg to compare features with boards up to $230 category and GD wins. Reviews are simply glowing many calling it the best Z87 board released to date.
$190 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130692

$150 category - MSI Z87-G45 Gaming - Again was $25 cheaper few weeks ago but places having trouble keeping in stock ... won 22 MoBo awards so far and like it's big bruddah above uses MIL spec components and getting great reviews.
$160 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130693

Have used the 2 MSI boards multiple times myself.....all went smooth, was impressed by build quality. Have two builds on hold with the Formula waiting for Poseidon GFX cards to see if they all they cracked up to be.
