Sounds like a sweet set-up, you're going to have a lot of fun at 1080p, the RX 480 will handle most games at Ultra. I would go with Windows 10, AMD's video drivers are a little more stable in 10 as opposed to 7, not to mention you need 10 for DX12 and better Vulkan support.

Yes i live near a microcenter so its 30 off if u buy processer with it. Im gonna get i5 6500 with a rx 480. What you think suitable for gaming at 1080p ultra? And will i have any problems with windows 7 or 10?

windows 10 is fine i think! the 6500 and the rx 480 are an excellent combo. I also live near a microcenter, and my brother got that $30 off deal for his motherboard. He ended up paying like $10 for it? We honestly just picked out the cheapest mITX board they had. IMO, with microcenter that close, if it dies on you within 30 days or is RMA you can just return it anyway. You're not gonna overclock, so I always go as cheap as possible in that situation.

should i get oem windows 10?
