Question Best mobo for OC'ing 8700k?

I have read that the Z390s are probably the best chipset to go with for OCing an 8700k, as I want to try and keep it at 5ghz or right under. I am having trouble narrowing it down, because I already use 6 USB ports off the motherboard and 1 port in the front of my case, and MANY of these new mobos barely have 5 on the IO. What would be the best option for all of these needs for hopefully under $200? I prefer whatever is cheapest though.

(Also going to be using 2x16gb 3000mhz ram btw)

It’s a very good board, barely below a Aurous master, but if you want another choice, Asrock Taichi, MSI pro carbon.
