The title says it all. Parts I am planning on using in the build are below.

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Processor with Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Memory Kit
WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)
Corsair CX Series 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (CP-9020102-NA)
MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
(Havn't made my mind about the case yet)

Solution
Buying that processor and using a video card don't make since. Most boards are going to need the latest BIOS version to support the CPU.
I would buy the AMD Ryzen 5 1500X.
Their not a best motherboard, it would depend on your price range and where you can buy parts from as what would be the best buy.

The ryzen 5 1500X is actually faster than the 2400G but if they have the same price then the 2400G will be handy and better if the gpu fails or dies.

...and a gpu failing/dying is a common occurrence, apparently.
Most of those fails are usually user error.
The release of the 2400g and 2200g pretty much made Ryzen 1200 - 1500x obsolete. Wondering what they(AMD) were thinking with this...
The integrated graphics, while impressive, are nothing to write home about, but on the cpu side of things, the clocks are pretty good - compared to the older Ryzens, that is.
For someone looking to build on a budget - even if they also have a good discreet card on hand - I'd point them towards one of these chips... bar the current motherboard bios shenanigans right now.
