Best monitor <$100?

So I am going to be building a computer soon, and I need a monitor. I am going to be using this for gaming, watching YouTube videos, and playing movies. I would like it to be 1080p and a little more than 22". If you guys could find one, that would be a great help! I am in USA.

most of the decent 1080p monitors 22-24" are $100-180.

personally i'd suggest raising your budget just a tad. your choice.
