Best monitor for 1080p gaming?

I was wondering whats the best monitor for 1080p at 144hz and less than 250?
I have a gtx 970 so if g-sync is on the monitor that would be cool.

I play csgo and titan fall 2.
In csgo im at 240fps
And in titan fall 2 i lock at 144fps all the time so yeah im sure i can get 144fps. But i might go with a 75hz monitor. What's the difference between 75hz and 144hz is it on how many fps our eyes can see.
