I am hiring a Web Designer and want to purchase a high-end monitor for him. Putting cost aside, what do you think is the best monitor for a Web Designer?

What specs/features of the monitor make it the absolute best for Web Design?

As far as what specs/features, color accuracy is number one, two, and probably three on the list.

What is the absolute, definitive best monitor for web design on the market regardless of price? I am willing to pay $5,000 or so if there is a decent enough reason to pay that much.

The web designer recommended the Dell UltraSharp 4k UP3216Q 31.5" monitor.
