Best monitor for Arma 3

Hello guys my name is Pieter. I am looking for a new gaming monitor on which i will play arma but which is the best monitor or monitor setup for arma 3. Can you mention the following specefications:
1) Type of panel (ips,tn,va,...)
2) Response time
3) Refreshrate
4) Resolution
5) Size
6) Recommended sync technologie
7) Recommended monitor(s)

My budget is 600 max
I got a i5-6600k, gtx 1070sli, 16gb ram, 250gb ssd, 3tb hdd, 750w psu, z170 atx mobo.

You should post your own computer's hardware first.

No sense in us recommending a 4K monitor when you only have a GTX 750 ti, for example.
