Best Monitor For Gaming?

I plan on building a gaming rig soon and was looking at a few monitors. I was curious as to which one would be better. Any other recommendations under $200 would be much appreciated! I'm looking for quality and reliability.

I had planned on getting this one:

If at $200 already, if all possible, I'd try ad stretch the budget up to $250 and get a quality 144 Hz moinitor

I'd skip the VX228H cuz it is 21.5" whereas the others are 23" and 24". If I had to pick between them, and the price seems to be the same, then I'd go with whichever design I like better. So, I'm leaning towards the 23" one.

The ones you chose were TN panels, which are fast, but how about a IPS that is decently fast? (like the above Acer)

At $200 IPS panel quality doesn't do justice to the tecgnology.
