best monitor for gaming

I will buy a new monitor for games but I don't know which one is best for gaming:
-DELL SE2717H
or
-SAMSUNG S27E390H
or
-LG 27MP59G-P
i have a GTX 1080 so i dont care about freesync

Is there a particular reason you've chosen those three monitors? None of them are are particularly worthy to be paired with a GTX 1080. With a GTX 1080 you either want a high refresh rate 1080p or a 1440p monitor.

the reason is no good monitors in my country

I would recommend you get a 144Hz monitor.

I recently purchased the AOC G2460PF because it was on sale for around $200. I like it but on default settings the color seems a bit washed out. Changing the color scheme to one of the presets helped a lot and now it looks great IMO.

With that I'm sure there are better monitors to choose than the one I bought, but it is a great price for 144Hz. Since a GTX 1080 will slaughter any game at 1080p, you could go with a higher resolution 1440p monitor, but I would still suggest 144Hz.
