[SOLVED] Best monitor for max 260€ for gaming and productivity

Hi everyone, I'm in need to buy a new monitor, but have literally no experience in buying those and youtube reviews are not helping, there's so much choice out there and when you don't know what to look for its just overwhelming.

I will be mainly using the monitor for productivity, I'm a web developer so I'll be spending long hours in front of the monitor reading and writing.
I also occasionally play some games, mainly FPS like BF5, far cry and other fast paced stuff.

Some of the aspects that I'm looking for in the monitor are:

• easy to read text
• sharp text
• accurate colour reproduction
• comfortable to the eye
• decent gaming performance (any extras like 144Hz or freesync are appreciated).
• at least 2 ports, I have a desktop and work with a MacBook, and don't want to have to be changing cables every time. if there's an extra port to connect a console good
• at least 24''
• should have minimum adjustability. height, tilt and swivel if possible

My current PC specs are and i7 4790 and an r9 390, so there's no point in going above 1080p or no need to seek a monitor with amazing gaming performance.

I need something balanced that excels at productivity but has decent gaming performance.
I think for the most part TN is out of the question because it doesn't provide shart text, either a VA or IPS panel.

I can't comment on ViewSonic build qualities but a quick search on google says:
"The stand is metal on the inside and makes for a nice sturdy base. Overall the build quality is good, it's plastic, but doesn't feel cheap and doesn't wobble on the desk like some monitors."

As for the two you mentioned go for the second one (27 inches) if those 3 inches mean 45 euros. As for the first one you mentioned it is nearly the exact same monitor except different build, style and it has 1ms MPRT and the one I suggested has 1ms GTG.
Quick google suggests this is the difference:
"GtG represents how long it takes for a pixel to change between two colors. MPRT represents how long a pixel is continuously visible for. Even when a pixel finishes its GtG transition from one color to another color, a fully refreshed pixel can stay continuously visible or static until the next refresh cycle".

As you can imagine I can't really grasp the difference between Gtg and MPRT even with that explanation, that I appreciate btw, for the day-to-day use that I intend on giving it I also think that this small detail doesnt matter that much, and afaik on IPS panels the lowest you can get is 4ms anyway.

So that 27'' display will cost me an extra 53€ would you think its worth it? and is 1080p really enough for a 27'' display?

I also found this one https://www.kuantokusta.pt/informatica/Imagem/Monitores/AOC-27-27G2U5-BK-LED-IPS-FreeSync-p-1-634517 wich seems similar to https://www.kuantokusta.pt/informatica/Imagem/Monitores/AOC-27-27G2U-Gamer-IPS-144Hz-p-1-624662 but it costs 50€ less and I cant tell why

I went with an AOC 24G2U, the reviews are awesome and so is the price
