Best Monitor for PS4/PC

I'm looking for a 24 inch monitor that has a response time of 1-2 ms for my pc (video card is Asus GeForce GTX 770) and ps4. I don't want to overpay for a 144hz monitor if I'm not going to be able to maximize its potential. I use my ps4 way more than my pc, ill get on dayz every once in a while.

guess no one knows lol probably gonna go with the Asus VG248QE 24-Inch LED-Lit Monitor after some research.
