Best Monitor for Rx 480?

I am planning on getting an rx 480 graphics card. I think I have narrowed down the monitor to a 1080p 144hz or 1080p 75hz with freesync. What would be the best option? I'm playing games like h1z1, gmod, csgo, dead by daylight, and rainbow six siege.

144Hz would be very good for CS:GO. I think you should go with that.

No. Screen tearing is barely noticable once refresh rates hit about 100hz.
