Best Monitor for the Price

I'm trying to cut down on the price of my build, and realized that the monitors that I had picked out were a large part of the reason that the build was costing me so much. I had the Asus VN279QL 27" picked out, two of them, costing me almost $300 each. Now of course I want my monitors to work well and look good, as I'm going to be running a GTX 770 4G on my rig, but I really need to cut down that monitor cost. My overall question is this, what are some of the best monitors for, I'd said ideally, $200 or below. Preferably 27", or one of them can be my main monitor at 27" and the other my "back-up" screen at 22".....aaaand GO!

is really hard to get quallity 27" below $200

The next seems to hav quite a thin bezel which is nice with more monitors,
