Best Monitor Mount

So in a few months I'll probably buy a new ultra wide monitor. Instead of selling my monitor, I might just use it with my new one. It's a 1080p 24-inch with a mounting spot on the back. Which one of these 2 mounting brackets would be best if I wanted to use my old monitor above my new one:
